Descriptions: Same developer as the rousehill project. Will submit in weeks with a start in April. Asked for me to improve on price. He got another quote of $500k but that's on face value and not an apple for apple comparison. If the client elects to take Npoint they will likely get stage 2 of rouse hill also and get the remaining 4 towers.
