Description Details
     The second stretcher stair will be built in 2 stages. 1) Stage 1: Building 2 levels of crane-able stretcher stair (Capping beam level to B2. Also to include an elevated platform above capping beam level). 2) Stage 2: Relocate the stair that was built in stage 1, suspend it and build additional 2 levels from B2 to B4. The above will incur 3 additional costs which will be sent in One (1) variation to the builder: 1) Cost of making stage 1 crane-able. 2) Cost of relocating stage 1. 3) Additional engineering cost. ▼
